Bill whole classes in one step, record payments with numbered receipts, and see who owes what immediately. Payments can't be edited: a mistake is corrected with a reversal or adjustment, or a payment recorded in error is deleted by an administrator. Every correction needs a reason, so your books always balance and can be audited.
An automatic SMS welcomes each new family and confirms every fee payment. Send fee reminders that quote each family's own balance, or one message to the whole school. The cost of every message is shown before you send it.
Teachers mark the register on their phone, even with no data. It is sent automatically when they reconnect. Attendance reports and each child's term attendance update straight away.

Teachers can take attendance registers without a connection. The registers are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns. Other features need a connection.
Yes. Parents sign in to the parent portal with the Student ID and a private PIN to see attendance, homework, the timetable, published report cards and, if the school allows it, fee balances. Schools can also send each guardian a report card link by SMS.
Yes. Import students, subjects, employees, the timetable and opening fee balances from a spreadsheet (CSV). Every file is checked before anything is saved.
Every staff and administrator account uses two-factor authentication, each school's records are kept separate at the database level, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. Records are never sold and are handled under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
