How we can help

• A demonstration for your head teacher, proprietor or board. You can also look around the SkoolBase demo on your own, with sample data.
• Getting started: registering your school, importing students and staff, setting up fees and grading.
• Subscriptions and SMS: payments, renewals, SMS credit and your school's Sender ID.
• Support for school administrators with anything that isn't working as expected.

Parents, guardians and staff

Your school manages your records, Student IDs, portal PINs and accounts. For questions about a student, fees, results or your sign-in, please contact your school first. They can reach us if they need to.

Please don't share passwords, authenticator codes or parent portal PINs with anyone, including SkoolBase. We will never ask for them.
