How billing works
Simple rules, so the bill is never a surprise.
Priced on the day you pay
Each monthly bill counts your active students on the day you pay, plus anyone in a register in the last 30 days. Admit more students and next month's bill rises; when students leave, it falls.
Pay-as-you-go SMS
Top up your SMS wallet and pay only for what you send, at GHS 0.06 per SMS unit. Credits for messages the network rejects are refunded automatically.
If a month isn't paid, nothing is deleted: your records stay available to read, report on and export, and changes resume as soon as you pay. Prices are in Ghana cedis.
Pricing questions
Do we pay for teachers and staff?
No. Staff and administrator logins, employees such as drivers and cooks, staff attendance and payroll are all included. You only pay for students.
Which students count?
Every active student, plus any student who appeared in an attendance register in the last 30 days. Graduated, withdrawn, transferred and archived students don't count once they stop attending.
Can we pay for a term or a year in advance?
No. Every school is billed monthly and pays one month at a time, so your bill always matches your current number of students.
What happens during the free trial?
You get every feature for your own school with no payment details. When the trial ends, pay for your first month from Subscription & Billing to keep making changes.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Stop paying whenever you like, and export your records at any time.
